Five Signs Your Spouse Is Unhappy In Your Relationship
Most of the time, a divorce action is not started “out of the blue.” There are usually several warning signs that the relationship is deteriorating. Here are five signs that your spouse is unhappy in your relationship:
- Lack of communication.
If your spouse is suddenly un-communicative or you notice that there has been a gradual lack of communication, this can be a sign that your spouse is unhappy.
- Increased anger.
If you notice that your spouse is constantly angry, about small things and even events that don’t involve you, this could be a warning signal. Your spouse may be experiencing increased anger because of their general unhappiness with the relationship.
- Short replies to text messages.
Texting, virtually everyone does it. Although, some text message replies only call for a short reply, if your spouse is giving you the cold shoulder when it comes to all your text messages, this could also be a sign of trouble.
- Fighting over trivial matters (or increased fighting).
If you and your spouse are constantly fighting, especially over trivial matters, this could be a sign that they are unhappy. If the fighting escalates to domestic violence, make sure you take immediate action and call the police.
- Lack of intimacy.
If your sex life is virtually non-existence or your spouse is sleeping in a separate bed, most likely, they are unhappy with you.
